After all why am I clubbing them all? And that too, the last two of them just opposite to each other!!
But believe me they are only seemingly opposite to each other and not so in reality.
There is only a hairline difference between the tendency to gain weight or else to lose it.
The right weight that a body should have gives you the right kind of fitness.
Why, after all, does a body start deviating from its right weight that it should be having in its right kind of fitness?
Whether it gains extra weight or else loses it, there is one thing common in both that it has deviated from its state of normal fitness.
Where does the root cause of this deviation lie?
It lies in the body posture that we habitually keep it all the 24 hours in.
Here is the thread that sews all the three, i.e., fitness tips, weight loss tips and weight gain tips together as one single entity.
If the posture is not right, it will tend toward either gaining extra weight or else losing it.
When we posture our body right, all the muscles in the entire length and breadth of the body are contracted, stretched or else relaxed in a naturally correct way, the way that gives you your right body weight.
As our posture goes habitually wrong, the muscles change their disposition too. And the new disposition is never right, putting the wrong kinds of pressures on various different muscles in the entire body.
And these pressures keep doing their job all the 24 hours whether you are awake or asleep.
Now basically there are two wrong ways that the body distorts its regular posture in. One of them corresponds to the tendency of gaining extra weight and the other one, to losing weight in the body.

Hence it also depends on your mindset whether you will acquire the tendency to gain weight or else to lose it.
The right mindset corresponds to the right posture of the body. And the right mindset along with the right posture imparts the right fitness to the body.
Let’s for the time being forget about the wrong, but what is this right posture that gives the right mindset to the person and the right fitness to the body?
The most crucial fitness tips, weight loss tips and weight gain tips stem from the state of chakras in the body.
The body immediately acquires the right posture as soon as all the chakras in the body are opened up.
And the moment they are opened, all the body muscles immediately acquire the right amount of contraction, stretch or else the state of relaxation.
As the wrong ways are stopped, the right ways immediately come into action starting either losing weight for the body in case it was overweight or else gaining it in case it was underweight before.
All the wrong kinds of pressures that the crucial body organs had been subjected to for so long throughout life are removed and stop affecting them in a wrong way, with the ultimate aim of acquiring the right fitness as soon as possible through working all the 24 hours as per the instructions of the right body posture newly acquired.
