Most people don’t even bother with the static or negative strength levels. They will never get the optimum results that they could have got from the same set of exercise they are putting their time and energy in.

In effect they are getting only one third of the benefits that this exercise can give them.

Actually, it’s even less than that because the static and negative portions can actually create deeper inroads into your existing strength levels.

This way sure leads to real quick weight loss as well as a fast strength gain, provided you have taken enough care to give your body appropriate time to recover.
