Unfortunately commonplace weight loss programs are not bothered about total physical fitness.

Losing weight without losing fat results in a loose skin rather than in a toned body at our disposal!

Even burning fat very fast does the same!

Once I joined a popular fitness center for a few years just for fun.

I was really sorry to see people working so hard with their exercise routine as well as following their diet charts, still almost without any results at their behest.

They would work very enthusiastically in the beginning days of joining their programs, but all their enthusiasm would wane away in a few months if not in a few days when they didn’t get the desired results they had joined the program for.

They would go jump on other weight loss programs, trying burning fat as fast as they could!

After a few repetitions, they would just tend to resign from the very idea of losing weight or losing fat with a toned body at all.
