The poor fat guys get overwhelmed with an overdose of all the different strategies not only on their bodies but also in their minds.
It all results in sheer frustration on the part of those who are suffering from it in one way or another, or else in more than one!
Perhaps their exercise is more extensive than intense. Perhaps their diet programs are unrealistically overambitious targeting short term results rather than focusing on a lifelong lifestyle change.
Not perhaps, but for sure!
