
Any diet plans as fat loss diet are all fad diets that would only harm your active weight loss programs and do no good to them.
What should your natural fat loss diet be like, then?
Go back to what your body craves for, since body intelligence is much more spontaneous than that of the mind. Especially a body that is in the process of chakra balancing develops an innate intelligence which is so subtle that no other body of knowledge on earth can ever equal it.
When the body no more works guided by the dictates of its mental conditioning, what it starts craving for is what it really needs from the nutritional point of view.
Nutritionally, the body needs a healthy balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in diet to keep its metabolism working all fine.
Complex Carbs found in whole grains, breads and cereals, added with lump fruits for their high fiber content and slow absorption into the blood stream keep the insulin level in check, which is what stores less fat afresh along with burning the stored fat in the body.
Beware of the simple Carbs or sugars found in candy, soda pop, white processed baked goods etc! They just add calories to your body without much nutritional value added along. What they add is more fats to the body and no real substance!
Proteins found in lean meats, fish, poultry, soy, beans and legumes in abundance is what your body requires in order to build lean muscles and thus burn fat fast, though it does so in moderation only. 0.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight each day is a good rule to follow.
Plant proteins are more beneficial than animal proteins since they contain an additional element of fibers in them in abundance, which their animal counterparts are missing altogether.
Fats found in many proteins, nuts, oils etc. are no less required for a balanced nutritional intake which your body does need in order to maintain certain bodily processes like hair, nail, and skin regeneration.
Their best proportions lie in consuming two portions of complex carbs with one of proteins added with as much of green vegetables as you feel like filling your belly with.
Also 6 smaller meals spread uniformly across a day are much more fat burning than 3, 2 or 1 all through the day are.
Enjoy eating your meals with taste and you will be right on your way to burning all your extra fats much faster than any diet plans as fat loss diet, or else any fad diets harming your active weight loss programs in a real bad way.
