Why All Diet Plans Fail As Fad Diets in Weight Loss Programs

Active Weight Loss Programs

Diet plans are doomed to fail as fat loss diet in all weight loss programs like fad diets do.

Diets are after all diets only. They are not designed as food but as medicine. Even the mind set that goes with consuming them is more of gulping in the diet pills than of enjoying eating something sumptuous and tasty.

They are all fad diets, whether they are well established diet plans being promoted by prestigious weight loss programs or else any spurious fat loss diet offered by any run by night program!

True, they lose weight initially; but alas, they do so only initially! As time passes, their graph goes on turning more horizontal than vertical. Ultimately, you may even end up adding a few pounds to your body!

Nothing ever that is not an organic part of your lifestyle 24 x 7 is going to do any good to your body in any conceivable way. You are bound to fall back to your old eating habits, rather even worse in order to compensate for the tortures your body underwent!

Dieting is not the answer. It’s rather making yourself starve of all the nutrition that your body could have got in order to build up lean muscles which, in turn, would have burned fat in the most efficient way.

Why force yourself to lose 10 pounds when you’re just going to gain it back and then some when you go off the diet which you are sure going to do sooner than later?

Go the diet way, and do NOT lose any fat in the long run of life. Rather put a few pounds on!

If you are looking for what you eat to help burn fat, just take a balanced offering of the different food groups throughout the day providing you the most balanced nutrition.

Our body naturally requires all the nutrients in order to get that feeling of fullness through eating our food; and if it doesn’t get them all, it keeps craving to overeat and thus tend to keep adding pounds to itself.

A food rich in all nutrients creates a natural alkaline environment inside the digestive system; but if you start depending on diets, you’ll start overeating in order to satisfy your nutrition needs.

You will consume a high number of calories and ultimately give an open invitation not only to fats but also to disease with an acidic environment in the body.

So better stop depending on any diet plans as fat loss diet! Remember they are all fad diets that will only harm your weight loss programs and do no good to them.
